No-shows are a small business curse! Our time is precious, and we put our personal needs on the back burner when we prioritise our clients’ appointments. When clients ‘no-show’ we feel disrespected, annoyed and let down, so how do we deal with this problem? How to Manage Client Expectations

As a lash technician, we quickly learn that most clients have a preconceived idea of how their lash extensions will look at the end of your application.
