PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Prolong Lash™ endeavours to always ship products of the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, Prolong Lash™ cannot accept returns or exchange products.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive a product which you consider to be defective, please contact Prolong Lash™ immediately on 0416 519 083. One of our administration representatives will make a determination as to whether or not the product is defective. If the product is determined to be defective, you will be issued with a return authorisation number, and be required to return the item via express post.
On receipt of the defective item your purchase will either be replaced or credited, and the cost of the return express postage will be allocated to your Prolong Lash™ account to be used as a credit against future purchases, or refunded to your account or credit card.
