TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery and view the most up-to-date delivery estimates provided by Australia Post.
TRACKING TOOL
Australia Post's tracking tool provides the most accurate guidance on estimated delivery dates and alerts you to any delays while your parcel is in transit.
SHIPPING PROCESS
All orders are dispatched from Australia within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
At checkout, you can choose between:
Standard shipping
Express shipping
Shipping rates are calculated based on Australia Post rates and will be displayed at checkout.
Optional services such as signature on delivery and parcel insurance may be selected at checkout.
DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.
While we do not control delivery once in transit, our team will assist you in resolving any delivery issues where possible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship within the Asia-Pacific region, including New Zealand and selected Southeast Asian countries.
At checkout, prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. Final transaction amounts may vary depending on exchange rates and your payment provider.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel your order for any reason, give us a call at +61 416 519 083 or email us at info@prolonglash.com.au as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request prior to dispatch.
Note: Our warehouse processes orders promptly, so it isn't always possible to cancel your order. You can refuse to accept your delivery on arrival or you can return your unopened order to sender without charge. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received.
